Small pleural effusion

A 45-year-old female presented with dyspnea and cough for 5 days. A POCUS lung ultrasound was performed which revealed a small pleural effusion. The image below was acquired in zone R1.   What is the arrow pointing to?  A-line B-line Z-line     Explanation The arrow is pointing to a B-line. You can see the bright echogenic line extend all the way to the full depth of the lung field. A Z-line would not extend all the way.
