About Our Speaker

James Ferrie, B.POD., M.A.POD.A, is an Australian podiatrist with interests in regenerative medicine and sonography. He completed post-graduate training in ultrasound and fluoroscopy-guided foot and ankle procedures with the Interventional Orthobiologics Foundation (USA). He is also certified in lower extremity musculoskeletal point-of-care ultrasound and serves as a specialist instructor for the Swiss DolorClast® ESWT. James is passionate about helping people achieve their health and lifestyle goals. In 2018, he founded My Sports Podiatrist, a clinic devoted to treating musculoskeletal injuries. James also practices in a specialist referral clinic alongside a leading foot and ankle surgeon, and is a clinical instructor at Zedu Ultrasound Training Solutions. In 2021, James joined the first cohort of the POCUS Academy’s Ambassador Program as the Ambassador to Australia.
