Nerve Blocks in Primary Care
During this webinar, Dr. Bruno Vargas, will provide an overview of literature that supports the benefits of nerve blocks, review of the safety and complication of nerve blocks, and scanning technique of basic nerve blocks (median, ulnar, axilar, popliteal, tibial posterior nerve block).

Dr. Bruno Vargas, originally from Mexico City, attended medical school at Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM) in Mexico City. He completed his social service year in the Sierra Madre of Chiapas with Partners in Health Mexico/Compañeros en Salud (CES) in 2019. During this time he trained in Global Health, Social Medicine, and was introduced to Point of Care Ultrasound (POCUS).
