A 45-year-old female presents to the OPD with a history of right upper quadrant pain for the past 6 months. There is no history of trauma or any surgery. She also complains that she cannot tolerate fatty food. A POCUS exam was performed. The following is one of the images obtained during the ultrasound exam.

A. Normal liver and gallbladder findings

B. Acute cholecystitis

C. Chronic cholecystitis
