Polycystic kidney disease is the most likely diagnosis.

Explanation

Ultrasound is an excellent modality to diagnose polycystic kidney disease. Both kidneys will be enlarged and appear hyperechoic with multiple cysts of varying sizes within the renal parenchyma.
