Arthur C. Evans, Jr., PhD

Dr. Arthur Evans is CEO of the American Psychological Association, the leading scientific and professional organization representing psychology in the U.S. With nearly 121,000 researchers, educators, clinicians, consultants and students as members, APA promotes and disseminates psychological knowledge to benefit society and improve lives – a mission consistent with Dr. Evans’ life work. He previously served in public policy positions in Philadelphia and Connecticut and has held faculty appointments at Yale University’s and the University of Pennsylvania’s Schools of Medicine. Over the years he has received national and international recognition, including the American Medical Association’s top government service award in healthcare, the Lisa Mojer-Torres Award from Faces and Voices of Recovery, and the Visionary Leadership Award from the National Council of Behavioral Health, as well as being named as an “Advocate for Action” by the White House’s Office of National Drug Control Policy. A major emphasis of his career has been equity and social justice and he has received multiple awards named for Rev. Martin Luther King Jr.

Leah Jolly, MSAH, RVT, RPhS

Leah Jolly hails from Klamath Falls, OR. She has a passion for teaching, and currently operates as an Assistant Professor in the Vascular Technology program at Oregon Institute of Technology. Prior to beginning her teaching career, Leah worked as a Vascular Technologist and lead sonographer for Mint Medical and Kaiser Permanente in the San Francisco Bay Area. She has volunteered with the ARDMS since 2009, presently serving as Vice-Chair of the ARDMS Council. Leah holds a Master of Science in Allied Health degree, with an emphasis in Administration and Healthcare Leadership. When not in the classroom, she enjoys keeping up with her children, traveling, and doing just about anything outdoors.

Raymond Russell, MD, PhD, FACC, MASNC

Raymond Russell, MD, PhD is a Professor of Medicine at the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University. He is also Director of Nuclear Cardiology, Director of Cardio-Oncology, and Program Director of the cardiology fellowship at the same institution. He received his MD and PhD from the University of Texas Medical School at Houston. He completed his internal medicine residency training and cardiology fellowship at the Yale School of Medicine. Raymond is past-president of the American Society of Nuclear Cardiology, as well as a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology and Master of the American Society of Nuclear Cardiology. He is the current Vice-Chair of the Alliance for Physician Certification and Advancement (APCA). His clinical interests focus on cardio-oncology and nuclear cardiology, specifically diagnosis of ischemic heart disease and infiltrative diseases of the heart.
