A 40-year-old male with history of psoriatic arthritis presented with left elbow swelling. Ultrasound of left elbow at the olecranon fossa was obtained. The images below was one of the images obtained documenting the positive ultrasound findings. There was no history of injury to the elbow.

 

What is the most likely diagnosis?

A. Hematoma
B. Cellulitis
C. Olecranon fossa effusion

 

 

 

Explanation
