Applicants must meet the following program prerequisites:

  1. Actively practicing point-of-care ultrasound in the specified content areas,
  2. Participation in the interpretations and acquisition of the minimum number of cases required within the last two years,
  3. Maintenance of an active POCUS Fundamentals Certificate,
  4. Attestation to the accuracy of the information provided, and the
  5. Completion of a Confidentiality and Nondisclosure Agreement before starting the assessments.
