Epigastric Pain

An 18-year-old female presented to the clinic complaining of epigastric pain for 2 weeks. The following image was obtained while scanning the right upper quadrant. What is the arrow pointing to? A. Gallbladder B. Hepatic artery C. Portal Vein     Explanation The arrow is pointing to the portal vein (intrahepatic portion). In normal patients, the flow in the portal vein is into the liver.
